In this role you would be working as a Technical Support Analyst within a leading international provider for insurance-based wealth solutions. Within this role as a Technical Support Analyst, you would be providing support to deployment and use of all user desktop devices and tools. This role is a permanent role. The role is office based where you would be working 5 days / week in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. This role is paying up to £40,000 / annum dependant on skills and experience and offers a discretionary bonus.

Your new role:

In your new role as Technical Support Analyst, you would be responsible for overseeing and supporting ATOS' project delivery and implementation into ULP to ensure smooth timely implementation
You would be supporting local infrastructure and distributed application environments
You would be the first contact support for IT technology liaising with the 3rd party suppliers as required
In this role you would be supporting the service delivery lead's ad-hoc requirements
As a Technical Support Analyst, you would be supporting application development and support teams' in infrastructure environmentsAbout you:

Looking for an individual who has experience within Financial Services, preferably life and pensions
Looking for an individual who has an in-depth knowledge of IT office environment technology including windows, Unix, SQL and Networks
You will have experience in Script Development (Unix & Powershell)
You will have an in-depth understanding of IT Infrastructure
