Do you have previous administration experience? Would you like to work for a charity that provides support for many people all over the UK? Can you be available immediately?

Our client based in Aylesbury are currently looking for a part – time Administrator to join their lovely team. Day to day, you will be supporting the HR department with their recruitment, inductions, and team development. Main duties will include:

Monitoring the inbox for open vacancies
Searching through CVs to find suitable candidates and creating shortlists
Arranging interviews with candidates, meeting & greeting on arrival
Providing support during onboarding, including compliance and reference checks
Supporting HR department with other administrative tasks when required

The ideal candidate will have great system knowledge, be incredibly organised, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

This is an ongoing temporary position that will be fully office based, working approx. 14 hours per week spread over 3 – 4 days.
