About The Role
At EKFB we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
 
We are recruiting for a Senior Document Controller to join our Team in our Aylesbury section. This role will be based from two of our Site Compound offices close to Aylesbury and we need someone to be working in the office.
 
The role will require you to ensure that all communications between EKFB and the Client, Supply Chain and Stakeholders are accurately recorded and shared with the wider project in good time. You will be supporting and directing the information controllers with daily tasks and upskilling in respect of our EKFB processes.
 
We would need you to be responsible for the initial and ongoing supply chain training. This is to ensure that EKFB Document Control requirements are maintained and reporting and referring is being completed of any ongoing issues of non-compliance. We would also expect you to encourage and train our project team members to view and manage information electronically as agreed with project leadership.
 
We would need you to escalate any issues in respect of overdue/outstanding documentation with the relevant stakeholder(s). You'll also be fully aware and compliant with the Client EDMS requirements so that delivery of the project documentation achieved without delay. This includes the ability to edit documentation on the client system and knowledge of nuances in respect of third-party document issue and review.
 
This role will require you to maintain a responsibility for your own workload, and we would expect someone to continually develop your skills and knowledge.

Extensive experience in a document control position
Excellent O365 skills
Knowledge of Document Management Systems
Excellent communication and organisation skills
You must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle
