About The Role
At EKFB we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
We’re recruiting for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our North Chilterns to Aylesbury (NC2A) section of work. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin their career in Assurance.
This role will require you to administrate the Information Management System and it’s supporting SharePoint structure to meet all compliance needs.
You'll be using Causeway, BIMXtra, Teams, SharePoint and CEMAR to update with correct documentation. We would also like you to provide support, where necessary, to the commercial and project management teams.
We'd also like you to work closely with other Admin teams within your section of work to ensure a smooth running of the offices and compounds with regards to administration.
The role will require you to collate, upload and track Quality, performance and assurance related data. Finally, you'll be assisting business assurance activities including Communications and Training.
About The Candidate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation skills and a good attention to detail
Experience of O365 – especially SharePoint
An understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 is desirable
Knowledge of document management systems is desirable
A full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
