Operations Administrator – Part Time – Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Part Time Operations Administrator to join our logistics company based in Aylesbury.

Location: Aylesbury

Contract: Part Time (20 hours a week, 4 hours a day)

Salary: £15,000

Duties:

– Answering calls and responding to emails as required
– Maintaining an email mailbox and dealing with head office queries
– Undertaking and recording scheduled Health & Safety checks for office & building
– Ordering office supplies in timely and cost-effective manner
– Liaising with external suppliers of office services
– Checking and controlling supplier invoices

Skills:

– Excellent Customer Service.
– High level of administrative competence and organisation
– Great written and verbal communication skills
– Attention to detail, accuracy 
– Time management – be able to prioritise workload
