Payroll Administrator

£23,000 per annum

We are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join the Payroll Team for our client. No experience is necessary, but an admin background is desired. The primary responsibility of this role will be to help with the day to day of running payroll, importing, verifying, and processing data.

The ideal candidate will have previous admin experience, attention to detail, and will be a team player.

Key Responsibilities for a Payroll Administrator

* Manage the department email inbox, responding to internal queries from other departments.

* Follow the payroll process through to the end to ensure payments are made accurately and on time.

* Answer adhoc payroll queries from internal and external sources.

* Period end processing, payroll data processing including statutory payments/deductions, Tax/NI codes and pensions.

* Produce P45’s in accordance with the documented process.

Key Skills for a Payroll Administrator

* Previous admin experience desired

* Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
