An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Account Manager within a superb company in Aylesbury.Their UK based product development and manufacturing capabilities encompass a strong pipeline of new product innovations, distribution, warehousing and logistics.
About the role
As a Junior Account Manager, you will look after existing and potential new accounts and assist the National Account manager in managing and supporting the sales department, covering the sale of commercial gym equipment to large gym chains, independent gyms, and trade buying groups.
The position of Junior Account Manager is ideal for someone interested in fitness and looking to work in a social office environment, thriving on getting involved in all aspects of the business and becoming a key team player. Working closely with the National Account Manager and Managing Director, you will provide support across the various areas of the sales department which will include:
Day to day management of the gym manager accounts for their largest customer
Managing the business-to-business trade accounts with the National Account Manager and sales reps
Supporting the National Accounts Manager with admin and sales queries at the regional level
Liaising with a national sales rep to provide quotes and fulfil orders to the independent gym sector
Managing and coordinating the various Customer service inboxes, dealing with general inquiries
Supporting sales order processing
About the responsibilities
In the role of Junior Account Manager, responsibilities include:
Routing calls and taking messages, being the main contact for clients and suppliers
Working alongside the Supply Chain Manager
Ensuring quotes and orders are dealt with appropriately
Communicating with gyms in a timely and professional way
Inputting data, filing, chasing and matching invoices
Matching supplier invoices with company orders ensuring prices and quantities reconcile
Working with the Services team to chase delivery dates
Maninging an awareness of the stock information and products within the business.

About the rewards
In the role of Junior Account Manager, your hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and there is the possibility of some working from home. There is on offer:
A salary of £23,000 to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience
Entry into the company bonus scheme after probation
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
About you
To be successful for the role of Junior Account Manager, you need the following skills and attributes:
Experience of working in an office.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and through email
Ability to build strong relationships throughout the business
Articulate with exceptional attention to detail
Able to look at situations logically and systematically
Strong organisation and administrative skills
A team playing attitude with the ability to co-ordinate, help and support the team
Good telephone manner and excellent liaison skills when communicating with customers and suppliers
IT Literate with experience of Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook
