Manpower is currently recruiting for a number of Administration roles for the NHS in Aylesbury

Team Administrator
Hours: 18.75 hours per week Monday-Tuesday 09:00-17:00 Wednesday 09:00-12:45
Pay rate: £11.75 per hour
* General administrative support to the team
* Diary management/booking appointments
* Answering telephone enquires
* Entering onto database system (training will be provided)
* Collating information
* Typing letters
* Respond to email enquires

Team Administrator
Flexible hours between 9-5 and Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £10.28
* Booking meetings via MS Teams on behalf of other members of staff
* Diary and calendar management and managing conflicting appointments
* Preparing agendas and circulating these via email
* Note taking in meetings
* Working independently, sometimes from home or across multiple teams and managers
* MS Teams and Outlook

Hours: 37.5 Hours
Pay Rate: 10.28 per hour
* Co-ordinating calls from families and young people to book appointments.
* Data entry on to teams, eforms and in the future care notes.
* Undertakes the initial gathering of information where appropriate, call handling and administration
* Following specific processes for passing information to SPA supervisor
* Following specific processes for administratively processing referrals when clinical decision made

Booking Clerk
Hours: 37.5 Hours
Pay Rate: £10.28
* Answering telephones and dealing with appointment requests/queries
* Booking patient appointments from waiting lists, ensuring appointments are booked accurately on the system.
* Using the NHS Portal Service to upload, patient information, appointment letters and other documents.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient details are maintained on patient information systems.
* Ensure patient confidentiality is always maintained
* Monitor clinics daily to ensure full utilisation of appointment slots and escalate any issues to team leader
* Actively monitor pending lists and action any Appointment Slot Issue requests.
* Cancel clinics and re-negotiate new appointments with patients by telephone where required

Library Assistant
Hours: 22.5 hours
Pay Rate: 10.28
* Assists in clerical routines and administration associated with day to day running of library services and the maintenance and circulation of book and journal collections, including using automated systems.
* Shares responsibility and workload as required with other Library Assistants working in the Library Team; liaising, supporting and working with library staff based at other sites to provide efficient and effective library services.
* Provides a timely and efficient document delivery service, using the electronic database
* Assists users by answering enquiries relating to resources and services and use of equipment such as library copiers, computers and peripheral devices. Registers and introduces new users to library services in groups and singly, online or in person and maintains user records on library systems in accordance with current data protection regulations.
