My client, based just outside of Aylesbury, manufactures and supplies a range of luxury garden buildings across the UK.

Due to the continued growth of the company and exciting future plans, they are looking for an experienced customer service representative to join their fast growing, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities
– Managing customer accounts
– Responding to customers enquiries over the phone, email and live chat
– Complaint handling
– Problem solving

Skills & Experience
– At least 1 years' experience in a Customer Service role
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to multitask, work quickly and manage a varying workload
– Good IT Skills
– Excellent telephone manner
– A Full UK Drivers Licence and your own vehicle due to location.

Hours & Benefits
– Salary – £22,500 p/a plus monthly bonus (estimated £1200-£1500 per annum)
– 20 days holiday plus all statutory bank holidays. You will gain an additional 1-day holiday for every year worked at the company (max of 3 additional days)
– 40 hours per week, 9-5pm Monday-Friday with half an hour lunch break
