Sales Administrator – Aylesbury

The ideal candidate will be motivated and organised individual and have experience who welcomes the challenges of a multi-faceted role.

You will support the company in our sales activity. You will help build relationships with customers, support the sales team, follow up sales and ensure our customers have a good experience overall. There is an opportunity for the right candidate to be trained in customer relations skills.

Salary: £26,000 – £27,000

Hours: 9am-5pm

Duties:

– Supporting the sales team daily by following up on deals in the pipeline and ensuring transactions are processed swiftly
– Answering queries/request from customer via phone and email
– Sending quotations to customers
– Sales order processing, invoicing, processing BACs and card payments
– Maintaining thorough and accurate customer service records
– Communicating with suppliers in Europe

Requirements:

– Strong communication skills
– Highly numerate, literate and IT literate. Sage, Microsoft Office, Google docs
– Excellent organisational skills
– Excellent customer service skills
