Do you have a full clean driving licence? Have you got a strong customer service background? Can you demonstrate a logical approach to trouble shooting?
Our client based in Buckingham is looking to recruit a Customer Support Technician to join their team providing technical support to their customers. You do not need to have an engineering or technical background as full training will be provided. However, you must be able to pick up technical jargon and retain information about our clients product range.
Previous customer service experience is essential along with the ability to work as part of a team. An interest in the automotive industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
This position will be based on site in Buckingham and the working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and 9.00am to 4.30pm on a Friday.
