Pertemps Aylesbury are currently supporting a local charity who is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Operator for a minimum three months
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering an excellent level of Customer Service, this is a wonderful opportunity!
Working within the Customer Service team you will be responsible for the outbound calls supporting people within the local community.
Main responsibilities include:
Making outbound calls to customers who have been referred to the service
Showing compassion to customers and actively listening to their requirements
Refer any complex issues or requests to your line manager
Schedule various volunteers for home and community support visits
Managing all elements of input into the in-house systems
Full training provided
This role is suited to someone with a strong administration background or previous experience within a call/customer service environment.
Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am – 5pm
Payrate: £11.50 per hour
