We're seeking a Contractor Relationship Manager to join our client in Aylesbury and play a vital role in delivering top-notch employment, tax, and pay related assistance to their contractor workforce.
As a key liaison between contractors and their organisation, you'll ensure smooth onboarding, address inquiries, and provide proactive advice to anticipate and resolve potential challenges.
Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to inbound phone and email inquiries from contractors.
* Guide new contractors through our processes to ensure understanding and compliance.
* Maintain accurate call records in our company database for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the team to enhance overall performance and identify training needs.
* Conduct surveys to gauge contractor satisfaction and provide valuable insights.
Requirements:
