Sales Administrator – Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator for our manufacturing client based in Aylesbury.
This role will support the company in sales activity. You will help build relationships with customers, support the sales team, follow up sales and ensure our customers have a good experience overall.
Salary: £26,000 – £27,000
Hours: 9am-5pm
Duties:
– Answering queries/request from customers (phone or email)
– Sending quotes
– Maintaining thorough and accurate customer service records
– Supporting sales team on a day-to-day basis by following up on deals in the pipeline and ensuring transactions are processed quickly
– Communicating with suppliers across Europe
– Taking and processing sales orders, invoicing, processing BACs and Card payments
Skill Requirements:
– Excellent customer service skills, pro-active and a good problem solver
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Highly numerate, literate and IT literate. Sage, Microsoft Office, Google docs
