Client Account Manager – Engineering Sector.

Up to £38000 + Benefits
A key hire is required for this leading Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy. Established over 30 years ago, our client covers projects that traverse Construction, Civil Engineering, Environmental, Transport and Structural Planning.
Over the years, they have won several industry awards and repeat business with clients has always proven to be a large reason for this success.
Currently required is an Account Manager who comes from an Engineering or Environmental background and is currently in a sales related role. NOTE – This role is not a targeted sales position and therefore doesn't come with an OTE…instead it is focussed on brand awareness and networking around customers, using marketing tools to ensure a market presence is maintained.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is used to a high level of customer contact and probably works in a role that is perhaps more focussed on customer success.
The key duties will be
Speaking to existing clients, talking about upcoming projects, and identifying where our client can offer their services.
Liaising daily with the internal projects team, attending meetings with customers and being that first point of contact.
Researching industry news for project awards and opportunities for new client development.
Working in conjunction with the marketing team helping to put together company releases to increase brand awareness. Including developing the website, using LinkedIN and other social media outlets
Working independently in a hybrid role, visiting the various offices of the business when required.
