Sales Support Administrator – Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator for our manufacturing client based in Aylesbury.

Our client has an opening for a Sales Support Administrator, supporting staffing within the sales team, this administrative role requires a highly proactive and organised individual to deal with a wide range of tasks including processing customers' orders into production jobs, setting up quotations, and sales support.

Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 (DOE)

Hours: 8am- 5pm

Duties:

– Raising of customer orders and editing if requirement changes
– Customer account management
– Supporting sales team with all customer actions
– Customer account management
– Supporting sales team with all customer actions
– Tracking customer deliveries and obtaining and sending proof of deliveries when needed
– Source materials and samples for the sales team
– Booking in deliveries at customers sites

Requirements:

– Previous admin experience in sales role
