We have an exciting opportunity for a Sage Product Specialist to join our client, an award-winning accounting software organisation in Aylesbury. Having realised considerable achievements, our client is on a journey of growth, so this is an exciting time to join.
Responsibilities
As Sage Product Specialist your responsibilities will include:
Telephone support to customers with queries on the Sage 200 software
Training on-site and online to customers on how to use the software
Consultancy on how to get the best from the software
Implementation tasks including importing data, setup, report writing etc. Person Specification
The successful Sage Product Specialist must have accounting or finance experience and/or qualification as well as:
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
The ability to work well under pressure, be proactive, inquisitive, quick to learn, well organised and able to multi-task with attention to detail
A drive and desire to succeed and learn
Excellent Customer Service and relationship-building skills
