Our sustainability team is essential to the smooth running of our business When they are delivering improvements to our residents home our team keep the customer at the heart of our organisation.

About the role

We are looking for a customer focussed Reporting Lead Administrator to join our team and to help us achieve our social mission.

We are recruiting for our new sustainability team. This team will supercharge our delivery of energy efficient improvements within our residents homes.

On the Job you will:

Lead on our reporting to ensure we are compliant with funding opportunities

Co-ordinate data, ensuring a high level of accuracy

Process purchase orders and invoices, and assist in updating asset management databases

To produce weekly and monthly performance reports

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with a diverse range of people and who understands the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to all our customers.

For this role you will need:

Numerate and literate, educated to GCSE level, or equivalent

Strong verbal and written communication skills and am able to understand and exchange information that might be complicated

You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:

good communication skills,

the ability to work as a part of a multi-disciplined team,

good time management skills

practical problem solving skills
