Our sustainability team is essential to the smooth running of our business When they are delivering improvements to our residents home our team keep the customer at the heart of our organisation.

About the role

We are looking for a customer focussed Resident Liaison Officer and Energy Advisor to join our team and to help us achieve our social mission.

We are recruiting for our new sustainability team. This team will supercharge our delivery of energy efficient improvements within our residents homes.

On the Job you will:

Ensure resident engagement is of an exceptional level regarding our environmental and sustainable improvements.

Raising awareness and educating residents to be able to use their homes energy equipment. This may involve attending residents meetings and some evening working on an ad-hoc basis.

Support our residents through the improvements needed in their homes.

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with a diverse range of people and who understands the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to all our customers.

For this role you will need:

CIH qualification (desirable)

Thorough knowledge, and direct experience, of the concepts that underpin my area of work, which may be complex and wide ranging.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to communicate across all levels of the business

Strong organisational, time management, administrative and prioritisation skills

You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:

good communication skills,

the ability to work as a part of a multi-disciplined team,

good time management skills

practical problem solving skills
