Job Title: Mortgage Adviser. (Home based),UK.
Basis: Full time Permanent Employed Role.
Location: Home based, living within 30 Miles of Aylesbury Buckinghamshire,UK, with regular site visit’s around the local area.
Target: Experienced CeMAP qualified Mortgage Brokers with Protection sales experience.
Salary Guarantee Year One*: In your first year of employment you can take up the option of a 12 months minimum guaranteed earnings promise negotiable in line with your current earnings, providing peace of mind while you undergo training and build a fresh pipeline. (The guarantee is provided without any contractual clawback agreement)
Rewards: Basic salary of up-to £30K D.O.E plus commission and performance related bonuses. Realistic OTE first year of up-to £50K plus benefits.

As your career with Mortgage Bureau progresses and you demonstrate that you are delivering excellent customer outcomes and meeting your KPI’s, you will become eligible for an uplift in your commission earnings. We currently have 5 tiers and each comes with enhanced commission rates that will see your OTE rise incrementally.
Working Hours: (Permanent, Full Time Role) working 5 Days per week, including 1 in 3 weekends.
Timeline: Immediate interviews with a May 15th 2023 start date.

Job Description: Mortgage & Protection Adviser:
Mortgage Bureau are now looking for two additional New Build Mortgage and Protection Advisers who will be responsible for the financial qualification of our customers, providing advice on suitable Mortgage and Protection products. You will need to have previous new build broking experience to be considered.
Working with Mortgage Bureau customers you will ensure they receive the best advice and a high level of customer service on their Mortgage journey at every stage through to completion.
Required Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified and CAS is essential within the last 24 months.
New build advising experience is desired.
At least 12 Months previous experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser in a broking role is highly essential.
Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format
Self-disciplined to successfully work from home.
Space at home for a dedicated home office.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format, and be able to accurately assess information under pressure.
You will need to be accurate, numerate and highly computer literate, a highly competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook, and be able to quickly adapt to new software packages and online processes.
You will possess a proven track record working in Mortgage sales and have the personal determination to meet and exceed target’s set.
