£55000 – £60000/annum (D.O.E)

Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Our client an established company of over 20 years with their head office based in Aylesbury is looking for a Finance Manager.

You will be working with a small team and would be required to carry out day to day accounting tasks required by the company. They work in the construction industry so you will be raising applications for payment against contract works instead of invoices.

Main Responsibilities will include:

* Managing daily operations of the accounting department including:

* Raising sales invoices

* Supporting the year-end processes

* Balance sheet reconciliations

* Managing accounting, budget and cash flow

* Liaise with auditors

* Assist Finance Director with management accounts production

* Payroll

Essential Skills:

* FCCA/CIMA qualified

* Experienced in using Sage 200

* Strong analytical skills

* Proactive and highly organised

* Problem solver with the ability to work under own initiative

* First class interpersonal and communication skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen
