This well-established software platform based near Aylesbury is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer with strong Linux experience to join their friendly and inspirational team. The role can be hybrid with flexibility, and your role will involve acting as the first point of contact for all devops and Linux-based issues.

The successful DevOps Support executive will be fully trained in their specific Applications and already have at least 2-3 year+ of previous experience in Linux-based Support and AWS DevOps with great communication skills.
You will have:
Some experience with DevOps administration and support for servers (Linux based)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written English
Proven ability to work in a team environmentWithin this varied IT Support role, you will be:
AWS DevOps
Linux-based server support
Enhancing the customer experience
Identify opportunities for improvement.
Write technical articles for the customer knowledge base
