We are proud to be working with a growing pet insurance company as they look to recruit a committed Customer Support and Retention Specialist for their Aylesbury based contact centre operation. You must be able to demonstrate exemplary customer service, resilience, reliability, and confidence while speaking to customers. A passion for animal welfare along with some knowledge of insurance would also be advantageous.

As a Customer Support and Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for taking calls from existing customers seeking to either renew, cancel or change their policy. You must take pride in providing an efficient and effective service, delivering a suitable resolution in a timely and accurate manner.

Initially a 12 month fixed term contract, this hybrid role will require you to be on site for 1 or 2 days a week (after a sufficient and successful training period). Early or later shifts would fall between 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday only.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a customer focused environment, ideally a role dealing with insurance within a contact centre.

Must haves:

Phone based customer service experience, ideally within sales or retentions.
Excellent telephone manner.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a scheduled environment.
Confident in prioritising a busy workload.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.Benefits:
