My client, a premium pet insurance company are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries and manage insurance policies. This role includes inbound and outbound interactions, ensuring service quality, issue resolution, and insurance promotion.

They are paying £21,100 per annum and you can either work from their modern Aylesbury offices 5 days per week OR 1 day in the office and 4 days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer and claims calls professionally.
Perform outbound calls for retention, renewals, and claims information.
Address objections, including cancellations and premium explanations.
Manage processes, meeting service agreements.
Respond to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
Resolve complaints and maintain records.
Ensure top-notch customer service and policy comprehension.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Attend training, meetings, and events.
Follow health and safety policies.
