We have a fantastic opportunity to work with a fantastic pet insurance company in a customer service role.

This is a hybrid role based in Aylesbury and is paying £21,115 starting at the beginning of November.

If you are a pet lover with excellent communication skills and some customer service experience, then this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

The role will involve.

Answering calls efficiently and professionally whilst at the same time promoting the brand.
Making outbound calls to breeders, dealing with retention and renewals and new policy applications
Objection handling including policy cancellations and premium increases.
Dealing with customer complaints
Record and maintain accurate policyholder information using the inhouse database.
Provide a thorough working knowledge of all policy terms and conditions.
Provide exemplary customers service at all times.
Attend meetings, training and events when requested.
You will have great listening skills, be able to cope under pressure.

You will ideally have previous experience in customer facing roles and you will need to be able to work quickly and accurately with good IT skills.

You will have a general passion for the health and wellbeing of animals.
