CUSTOMER LOYALTY ADVISOR | AYLESBURY | FULL TIME | HYBRID | £22,000.00 – £25,000.00 per annum
Our client is an award-winning online healthcare supplier, specialising in GP surgery and care home supplies. They are passionate about delivering quality products and services to their customers, and are now looking for a Customer Loyalty Advisor to join their team and help deliver outstanding levels of service.
As a Customer Loyalty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customer queries, responding to their inquiries over the phone and via email. In addition to communicating with customers, you will also be responsible for communicating with a variety of suppliers to obtain information on orders and products. You will also be involved in updating and maintaining our website with accurate and up-to-date information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing with incoming queries from customers via various platforms: Phone, Email & Live Chat
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain information on orders and products
* Update and maintain the company website with accurate and up-to-date information
* Take ownership of your own tasks and ensure completion in line with company standards
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with customers
* Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Familiarity with web content management systems is a plus
