Role: Team Administrator

Location: The Whiteleaf Centre, Aylesbury, HP20 1EG

Hybrid: NO

Pay: Band 4 (£12.50ph)

Hours: Part time (18.75hrs per week) – Monday & Tuesday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 9am-12:45pm

Contract: Initially until 23/02/2023 however this has potential to be extended // Immediate start required

Brief description of role:

* General administrative support to the team

* Diary management/booking appointments

* Answering telephone enquires

* Entering onto database system (training will be provided)

* Collating information

* Typing letters

* Respond to email enquires

Essential skills:

* Excellent organisational skills

* Good IT skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Microsoft Office
