Role: Administrator

Location: Sue Nicholls Centre, Aylesbury, HP20 1EG

Hybrid working available: NO

Pay: Band 3 (£11.50ph)

Contract: Immediate start required // Initially for 3 months with potential to be extended

Hours: Full Time, Mon-Fri (37.5hrs pw)

Brief description of role:

* Liaising with clinical team and service users. Associated administration for the pathway including completing spreadsheets, collating information.

* Co-ordinating calls from families and young people to book appointments.

* Data entry on to teams, eforms and in the future care notes.

* Undertakes the initial gathering of information where appropriate, call handling and administration.

* Following specific processes for passing information to SPA supervisor

* Following specific processes for administratively processing referrals when clinical decision made

Qualifications or IT skills required:

* Microsoft office including Excel and Outlook experience.

* Typing skills.

Essential skills:

* Administrative experience, Microsoft office including Outlook, word and Excel.

* Good telephone manner
