This is an office based role working out of our central office in Aylesbury, Bucks. You will play a vital role coordinating engineers, managing their diaries and liaising with clients, as well as building estimations and ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly sales targets are met. By supporting the front line of our business, you will deliver consistently excellent property care by offering timely solutions and a customer-first attitude.

Pro-actively support the Service Team Manager in maintaining client relationships to ensure organic growth is achieved from existing clients month on month.
Embrace new clients into the team to ensure service development and growth.
To be frontline for all work instructions and ensure these are handled and delivered with the utmost professionalism and in line client specific SLAs / KPIs.
Ensure task alarms are completed on a daily basis and any shortfall identified to the Service Team manager in timely manner.
Support the Service team in achieving sales by ensuring all orders are pro-actively actioned and chased through to completion. Experience dealing with targets and achieving those targets.
Ensure all work orders are completed within client delegated authority limits and in turn achieve target margin on all work orders and report any shortfalls to the Service Team Manager.
Obtain all relevant estimate details from engineers to allow the Service Team Manager to compile estimates. To have experience in producing low level estimates up to the value of £1k.
Actively promote safe working in both the office and to the field-based engineers. Ensuring that any health and safety issues/potential issues are addressed prior to works commencing. Escalate any high-risk tasks to the Service Team Manager to ensure the task is reviewed prior to commencement of works.
Manage the engineer team in terms of general queries but also logistically to ensure the highest productivity and zero hours standing time. To report to the Service Team Manager in a timely manner any shortfalls in hours earned. Must Haves:
Compliance knowledge – To ideally understand compliance requirements involving Landlord gas safety inspections, Landlord Electrical inspection certificates, Emergency lighting certificate/PAT testing.
Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate excellent customer service and service delivery in a similar role.
Strong leader and able to manage a team as well as their own workload.
Able to converse with Clients; understand their requirements and fulfil their requirement in a timely fashion.
Effective problem solving & organisational skills
Able to work well as part of a team
