£375 – £400/day OUTSIDE IR35 & LONG TERM CONTRACT
Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Due to the recent award of a number of projects on their HS2 framework, our client, a major Utility and Civil Engineering Contractor are looking for a Works Manager on a freelance basis, long term for major HS2 Utility Diversion works including Gas, Water and Electric with associated Heavy Civils works also (shaft sinking works, deep excavations etc). This is overseeing a number of sites from Aylesbury into London with usual duties applying including overseeing Contractors and Supervisors etc, Daily Reporting and generally pushing the works to be competed to time and budget.
To be considered, you will be an experienced Works/Construction Manager and hold SMSTS, First Aid and other industty Certs. You must also have Utilities experience and ideally Shaft Sinking and Deep Excavation experience.
In return, a top day rate is on offer along with a long term contract which could span over 18 months and ultimately the chance to be part of a prestigious scheme with a rapidly expanding Contractor.
