Our client, an Aylesbury based entrepreneur from Vietnam, has successfully established several profitable businesses in the UK and is on the hunt for a Wholesale Sales & Marketing Manager to support their growing Wholesale E-Commerce business.
Their passion for fine jewellery design began at a young age as they were born to a family of jewellery makers, whose knowledge of the industry is built upon a foundation of heritage and tradition. Their unfailing drive to succeed has led to their products being featured in Vanity Fair, GQ and World of Interiors magazines.
The collection available on their website features a stunning array of classic and contemporary jewellery suitable for both men and women. With pieces that cater to a range of styles and occasions, they aim to offer high-quality and creative designs in 925 silver. Customers can browse through a wide selection of products and find the perfect gift for their loved ones or accessories to complement their outfits. The designs are inspired by beautiful shapes and elegant forms, providing customers with an array of options to choose from.
DUTIES:
* To manage and develop the new wholesale side of the business
* Assisting with the creation the wholesale website (creative input or website creation)
* Devising strategy for wholesale business
* Generating leads via calls/email/visits/trades and closing deals
* Eventually managing the team that are responsible for its operation
* Running marketing campaigns (on social media apps & Google analytics)
* Improving sales channel/pipeline
* Attending trade shows to promote business
* Eventually building and managing the team to look after the wholesale business
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years experience in Business Development, ideally with a background in Wholesale and/or Management
* 2+ years experience in E-Commerce
* Experience running/participating in Marketing Campaigns
* Clean, UK driving license
* Must be a proactive, go-getter with the drive to succeed
REWARDS:
* Basic salary of £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
* Uncapped commission (introduced once new business has been gained, ideally within 3 months)
