We are looking for Warehouse Administrator to join our brand-new distribution site based in Aston Clinton, Aylesbury (HP22)
£11.50ph
Monday to Friday
Ongoing Temporary Position – Initially 3 months
8 hours a day between 07:00 – 19:00 (varying start times)
Warehouse Administrator Responsibilities:
Liaise between the warehouse team and customers to understand order process & support on time dispatch of goods
Review stock levels and pick orders where needed to ensure the orders is dispatched within company SLA
Work closely with all departs in the distribution operation to ensure clear process and transparent working
Handle all inquiries via telephone and mail professionally and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Ensure that Customers are kept up to date with waiting times and if any delays arise.
Keep in touch with the deliveries and management on a regular basis to ensure that accurate waiting times can be provided to customers
Provide administration support by maintaining records
Warehouse Administrator Requirements:
Must have some warehouse experience or worked in a similar role
Have experience in a customer service role.
A high level of written and spoken English.
Experience of dealing with enquiries both in person and over the phone/email
Strong organisational skills
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)

The location of the job is in Aston Clinton, Aylesbury (HP22) and you will need to be able to get to this location on your own accord – there is a free car park available and Aylesbury (HP22) train station is a 15 minute drive away.
