My client who handle a variety of insurance policies, including pet insurance on behalf of partners are looking for a Telephone Sales Agent to join their team.

The role involves contacting and retaining new pet owners and providing insurance solutions. The role consists of 80% of Inbound calls and 20% Outbound. 

The role is paying between £21,600 – £22,000 (OTE £28,000 – £30,000) and you can either work in the modern Aylesbury offices 5 days per week OR 1 day in the office (Wednesday) and 4 days from home.

You would also need to start on Monday 6th November 2023.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls for insurance quotes and policies.
Provide accurate cost estimates and information.
Identify customer needs and policy benefits.
Maintain records and process payments securely.
Achieve sales and service targets.
Respond to inquiries and stay updated on industry developments.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Attend training and comply with safety policies.
