Team Leader (Business Support) – Aylesbury
An industry leading organisation in the energy space are looking to build a new team based on recent successes. We recruiting for a Team Leader (Business Support) to manage a fast paced team processing documentation that supports project delivery.
Essential Skills/Experience
* Exposure to industries including Energy Efficiency, Construction and Housing would be highly advantageous
* Team management experience, ability to coach and develop a team
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Excellent organisational skills
* Comfortable working with 3rd parties
Daily Duties
* Driving a team to deliver targets
* Working collaboratively across the business to improve project delivery
* Communicating with 3rd parties to deliver work
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £30,000 – £37,000
