Overview
On behalf of Buckinghamshire Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Specialist to join the Business Support team in either their Amersham office or High Wycombe office, whichever the worker prefers. Working alongside the Business Support team, you will play an important role in providing administrative assistance to the Child Protection teams, managing diaries and taking minutes in meetings (must be via a laptop and not hand-written)

About the role
As a Business Support Specialist, you will have a number of responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
Taking minutes at child protection conferences
Diary management
Managing telephone calls both inbound and outbound
Using and updating online applications via the use of Content Server, LCS and Microsoft Office packages like MS Teams and SharePointThis is a temporary position until the end of June 2023, though there is potential for this to be extended further. The pay rate is £14.58 per hour, and you will be working full time, 37 hours per week. Buckinghamshire Council are working on a hybrid basis where you will work remotely for 3-4 days per week and in the office 1-2 days per week.

The Amersham and Wycombe offices are both conveniently situated new the town centre (HP6 and HP11 areas) with great transport links including a local train station and excellent road connections to the M25, M1, M4 and M40.

Strong administration experience
Minute taking experience
