Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter various data into company systems or databases.

* Maintain company databases, ensure data accuracy.

* Generate quotes and determine pricing for products/services.

* Create and maintain Excel reports for business insights.

* Handle incoming calls and emails, provide assistance.

* Manage Director's schedule, appointments, and travel.

* Send invoices, follow up on outstanding payments.

* Assist with various requested tasks from management or team.

Requirements:

* At least 5yrs+ experience in a Administration role

* Strong attention to detail and the drive to get the job right on the first try

* Exceptional communication skills

* Showcase your strong organizational abilities, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

* Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite

* Willingness to go the extra mile

* Collaborate seamlessly within the team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Rate: £13.00 per hour (Circa £27,000 per annum)

Hours: 08:30 – 17:30

Location: Aylesbury

This position is being recruited for on a temp-to-perm basis i.e. 12 weeks of temporary employment with a permanent offer made at the end.

This is very much an immediate start position therefore anybody with a notice period to work will unfortunately not be considered at this time
