Do you have previous experience processing orders? Can you manage multiple tasks at once? Have you got exceptional customer service skills? Yes, then we would like to hear from you!
My client based in Stokenchurch is looking for a Customer Service Executive to support within the sales team with processing customer orders, responding to customer requests effectively, and to be pro-active in ensuring the business meets and exceeds the expectations of customers.
Other duties will involve:
Answer inbound calls and emails and dealing with customer queries
Load all sales orders and schedules on to WinMan ERP system
Follow up all quotations and input feedback into the system
Liaise with the warehouse team to help co-ordinate shipments
Liaise with the sales team and other departments to improve processes, efficiencies and reduce errorsThe successful candidate will have exceptional customer service and strong attention to detail skills, as well as previous experience processing orders. You must be able to work independently and within a team and demonstrate initiative. Good understanding of Excel is beneficial for this role.
