* Adhere to school policies and procedures effectively.
Job Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's development.
* Adaptability and flexibility to work collaboratively in a dynamic educational setting.
* Understanding of child development and effective learning strategies.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in Education or Childcare are advantageous.
