Position: Cover Supervisor

Salary: £100-£140 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract Type: Temporary/Part-Time/Full-Time

Role Description: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining continuity in our students' education during staff absences. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and engage students in pre-set work and maintain a positive learning atmosphere in the classroom. You will step in for absent teachers, or cover PPA, ensuring that students remain focused and productive in their studies.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students' adherence to the provided tasks.
Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a conducive learning environment.
Support students with any queries or difficulties they may encounter during the lesson.
Uphold the school's policies and procedures, promoting positive behavior among students.
Report any issues or concerns to the relevant teaching staff or management.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or relevant educational qualifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different subjects and year groups.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a classroom environment.
Experience working with young individuals is advantageous but not essential.
A passion for education and the desire to motivate and inspire students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
