Teaching Assistant

The successful Teaching Assistant will be responsible for;
Assisting with planning and delivering lessons that are tailored to the needs of individual students.
Supporting students in their learning and helping them to develop communication, numeracy, and other essential skills.
Assisting students in practical activities, such as using specialist equipment or taking part in physical education.
Working with students to develop their personal, social, moral and emotional skills.
Providing feedback to the teacher on student progress.We are seeking a Teaching Assistant who is:
Enthusiastic and passionate about working with SEND pupils.
Able to communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues.
Patient and resilient, with a positive attitude towards problem solving.
Able to work as part of a team, but also able to use their initiative when working independently.
Organised and able to manage their time effectively.
Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
