Leaders in Care has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Staff Nurse in Aylesbury. The role comes with a salary of up to £36k and enhancements.
The hospital you will be working in is an independent rehabilitation centre with an international reputation for treating patients with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, stroke and other neurological conditions. Its flexible and intensive rehabilitation programmes use the latest technology and treatment methods to give patients the maximum possible independence in the shortest possible time.
If you were already in this RN role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:
Coordinating the personal and nursing care of patients in line with the core values of the hospital and ensuring that such care is delivered in line
Attending MDT and goal-planning meetings and contributing to multi-disciplinary working across the Hospital
Working collaboratively with colleagues, nursing staff and other departments in the pursuit of an outstanding service and experience for patients.Experience in spinal cord injury is not essential as full training will be provided. The key thing is attitude, the desire to learn and be part of an excellent team. The role will suit Band 5 and Band 6 nurses with a passion for caring who can empathise and treat people with the dignity and respect they deserve.
You will receive a salary of up to £36,000 and a benefits package including evening and weekend enhancements, company pension scheme, sick pay and free parking.
