We are expanding our successful White-Collar Construction team in Aylesbury. This is an extra hot desk and that means that you can focus on finding candidates for our well established client base. We have either exclusivity or 1st tier supplier status, so you won't have to worry about work coming in. In your new role with Carbon60 you will be developing white collar candidate database for blue chip construction companies. No sales, no cold calling, no time wasted.
Key duties around Recruitment and Services include:
Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn – mainly, but not limited to, it is 2023 after all
Writing and publishing adverts on various platforms
Delivery of contract and/or permanent assignments
Building good working relationships with Candidates and Clients
Proactively working with your team to define and fulfil assignments
Networking with candidates to obtain referrals and leads for business
Actively supporting on company projects and initiatives
Maintaining databases and talent poolsTo be successful in this role, you will need have experience in resourcing, demonstrate tenacity and excellent communication skills.
The successful person will be trained and supported by a highly experienced Manager, so we welcome any recruitment background. You will be joining a great team in our spacious, recently refurbished office in Aylesbury. We have a great infrastructure in place to help you take your career to the next level and beyond.
This role is hybrid, so you will have to pop in the office three times per week. Ideally you live in Aylesbury, or within a commutable distance.
