CCP are proud to partner with our client within the insurance space, looking to recruit for a Senior Customer Service Manager; after a recent re-structure, the opportunity to manage the customer service function has become available with a direct report to the Operations Director. 

The role is based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire one-day-a-week (Wednesday) with all other days WFH. The salary range for the role is £50-70,000 dependant on experience.

The role requires someone who is innovative, empowering and can fit into the fantastic “family feel” culture that the business have built. Those with a coaching management-style and looking to upskill those in their team will strongly be favoured.

Our client consistently delivers high standards, and consistently deliver world-class service to their customers, whether the operation is working from the office or are working remotely. 

Previous operational leadership experience within a customer service contact centre operation is vital to be considered for this role. Insurance industry experience or experience managing an operation within a regulated environment are considered be nice-to-have but are not essential.
