Scheduling Coordinator – Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for multiple Scheduling Co-ordinator for our client based in Aylesbury.
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000
Hours: 8:30-5:00pm
Duties:
– Act as the main point of contact for incoming phone calls and support tickets
– Taking inbound calls from customers and tenants
– Prioritising and assigning jobs to engineers based on urgency and complexity
– Monitoring and tracking assigned jobs to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements
– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of certificates
– Attending regular training sessions to improve technology skills and promote self-service options for common issues
– Proactively identifying trends and recurring issues to develop long-term solutions and prevent future incidents
– Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ensuring positive customer experiences
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a service desk or help desk
– Strong knowledge of IT systems
– Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
