Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Aylesbury

Salary: £25,000 per annum

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a recently funded, high growth platform in Aylesbury as a new Operations Executive, with an incredible product and proposition and a well-established team & board in situ. There are daily challenges, and the correct candidate will be able to establish themselves as part of the team quickly and help drive the department forward.


* Liaise with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure all relevant information is captured and progress of works communicated, working collaboratively.

* Input and maintain key data in relation to work activity undertaken in our systems ensuring data entry is accurate and complete.

* Documented correspondence with clients in the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

* Produce reports for the operational delivery teams as requested.

* Manage the day-to-day activities, ensuring work is prioritized and completed with attention to detail and excellent quality.

* Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Operation Support processes.

Key Skills/Experience Required

* Previous experience in similar Operations Supports role

* Experience of managing a complex and demanding workload

* Ability to make well informed decisions based on all available relevant information

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with a range of clients

* Good level of capability and experience of using Microsoft Office and CRM

* Good written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
