My client based in Wingrave is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team! You will be working closely with the Account Managers, supporting them to resource for suitable candidates for their clients.
Strong and professional communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be conducting registrations and interviews with candidates in person, over the phone, email and virtually too, helping to match them with contract and permanent roles.
The successful candidate must be well organised, motivated, and confident. You must be comfortable working in a face paced environment and working towards targets. Previous recruitment/ sales experience is beneficial.
This position is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
