Quality Control Technician

TCS is a manufacturer and distributor of laboratory reagents, test kits and quality control reagents for the Clinical, Pharmaceutical, Food and Water sectors. Our commitment to supplying quality and innovative products helps our customers to excel in the provision of clinical care, medicines, food and drinking water.
An opportunity has arisen for a person to join our Quality Control team, carrying out testing and quality release of products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to);
* Quality control testing of our products for release to sale
* Environmental monitoring
* Other laboratory duties including planning of daily lab workload and lab cleaning
The successful candidate will be a reliable person and able to work under own initiative. Thorough training will be given in all aspects of the role.
Due to the nature of our products some scientific knowledge and/or previous laboratory experience would be advantageous.
Requirements;
* Own form of transport is essential
This is a full time position Monday to Friday.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and/or qualifications.
