Our client is an industry world leader and due to growth, they are looking for a Project / Account Manager to complete their team of five. You will be responsible for looking after up to sixteen client accounts and will need to be able to oversee, plan, manage and deliver projects within agreed budgets.

You will need be a confident communicator and be able to present updates on your client accounts to the CEO and senior management team.

A background in project management would be an advantage but is not essential.

Additional duties will include:

Overseeing your client projects end to end, including designing the project plan, managing the delivery and budget, and ensuring this is all delivered within the agreed time frame
Ensuring all administrative tasks for each project are completed correctly and promptly
Managing customer expectations to ensure all requirements are met
Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of project finances whilst ensuring your projects fall within budget
Building strong relationships with your clients and keeping them up to date with any progress or changes of any related projects
Collaborating with other teams within the business to ensure the project is carried out with all necessary resources and can be completed within the time frame needed
Preparing reports, updates and presentations based on the progress of your projects when required
Preparing and creating documents and completing all UKBC paperwork for all shipmentsThis position will be working Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm and is office based.
