Our client based in Milton Keynes is looking for a Team Leader to supervise and motivate a team of 8. Overall, you will be responsible for the receipt, storage, retrieval, disposal, and despatch of biological samples.

In addition, you will set up and organise the team's tasks for each day to ensure effective productivity, maintain inventory management records and deal with the samples/lab materials arriving and leaving the facility through Goods In/Out.

The successful candidate must be well organised, have exceptional communication skills and be able to manage a small team. Knowledge of Excel is advantageous.

This position is full time permanent, 37.5 hours a week and operates on a rota basis working 4 days on and 2 days off between the hours of 7:30am – 8:30pm.
