Finance and Office Administrator – Part time

Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Office Administrator that has a background in entry level finance administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative function of the organisation and services, contributing to the efficient running and sustainability of the organisation and ensuring a high-quality service for the service users.

Hours of work: 28 hours

Salary: £24,000.00 pro rata
Location: Based across our offices (Aylesbury and Milton Keynes) with occasional home working

Main responsibilities:

To create and maintain efficient and accurate administrative systems for day-to-day operations, including the digital filing system.
To respond to administrative incoming enquiries and accurately take and forward messages to relevant service staff were appropriate.
To administer incoming and outgoing post and manage administrative and recruitment emails.
To organise and update records as appropriate, ensuring documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and confidential, in line policies and procedures and GDPR requirements.
To support with day-to-day financial procedures such as petty cash, ordering, invoices, payment processing and expenses.
To review expenditure on a monthly basis to compare to budgets and ensure spending is in line with expectations.
To raise sales invoices and ensure timely collection of payment, manage payroll administration and reconcile bank accounts.
Supporting the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees as required with regards to financial management.
To keep up to date with health and safety Legislation, conducting risk assessments and circulate updates to staff as required
Attend regular line management, clinical supervision, training and team meetings and events as required.
